to grab the classes they would like to work
on during the 2008 Show



As classes become allocated,
they will be deleted from this list

Classes which have a judge allocated are marked Bold
so as soon as they have collators
those classes will be next in line to be opened
( except classes which are group themed,
those will open when all judges and collators are in place )




The Job :
Collators can`t enter the classes they are working on,
so please be sure that you don`t volunteer for classes you would like to enter,
no one must miss the chance to enter because of collating it

A photobucket account has been set up
for collators to upload all entries to,
its very important that it be used as it will mean
photo`s not accidentally being deleted so that future
members and readers can enjoy seeing the entries
for each class in the future

If you have not collated before and would like to
join the Virtual Show team,
please pm the Show Sec who will explain what the job entails

is not necessarily the running order,
the opening of classes will in the main be dependant on convenience for both Judge and Collator
The Show will run throughout 2008 so if classes are taken now but later clash with holidays or work etc,
don`t hesitate to let the Show Sec know as most classes can easily be juggled to suit
