All these dog thefts have really unnerved me. I feel like I'm constantly on the look out for suspicious people when I'm out walking Olive. One night last week, I was up in the industrial estate walking her and a van drove up and when it got to me and Olive it slowed right down to a crawl. I think I could hear dogs barking in the back but I'm not sure. When it got to the end of the road instead of turning onto the main road it doubled back along the next road down as though it was going to come back along the road we were on, which was very strange because all the factories were closed so there was no reason for the van to be in this area. Now the guy was probably a dog lover having a look at lovely Olive jumping about like a lunatic, but I checked the reg number and then rushed away home just in case, and although this was probably nothing, I did feel very vulnerable afterwards.
