Blue is off to vets tomorrow....

... to have his boy parts removed!!

I am a little worried as as some of you know i have been reading up about greyhounds and how they are affected by anesthetic.
The vet has assured me he will be fine...but i am gonna be a nervous wreck tomorrow!!

Wish him luck please folks xxxxx

Good luck Cass and Blue, I wll be thinking of you
As you know I was very worried last year when Mo had to have an anaesthetic to stitch her leg, she was fine and I am sure Blue will be too.
Come onto Dogsey and let us know when he is home please.

don't worry, as long as the vet is aware he'll be fine its a very simple op, they dont stay on the table for very long at all.

Good luck for tomorrow, Indi had her teeth cleaned yesterday and she was fine although i spent the whole day worrying!! She's now sulking but i think secretly loving the extra pampering!
Indi had the pre-surgery blood test which gave her the all clear before the anaesthetic and she has recovered remarkably quickly.

Sending healing thoughts to Blue for tomorrow. xx

There is a solution, leave him entire! Does he "need" to be castrated? I know he is overweight and it will not help that in the slightest.
