Sorry if I offend anyone, but I have just seen something that has made my blood boil.

Been into the town to get Blackie some rawhide bones etc - it's the only thing that keeps him happy, I personally don't like them. But that's another story.

Right back to what I'm going to be on about.

Just outside the bus station there was a young lass, no older than twenty, heavily pregnant, chain smoking, she has a pair of white sweat pant things on, the front was right down to her bikini line, the back was barely over her backside, no sign of under wear. The top half of her was nearly the same, a short top and a fleece jacket hanging off her shoulders. She had no pride at all.

I was disgusted at her. I think I'm getting too old to go out, I know that times are changing but they aren't for me.

As I say I'm sorry if I offend anyone but this was just a bit too much bare flesh to handle, especially when heavily pregnant.

Right I'm off my soap box now, waiting to be shot down!

ian its the fashion now to show of your belly when pregnant and i agree its not very nice to see,dont agree with smoking when pregnant not nice for the baby

I think your being more than reasonable Hoggett, Im only 20 myself, yet I wouldn't DREAM of a) Smoking whilst pregant and b) letting it all 'hang-out'

I think it is hidious to see and so irresponsible

I agree with Jen-its all the fashion for the girls to expose as much flesh as possible Ian and round here they also have bum cleaverage showing!

I hardly ever go downtown so miss all the "views" but smoking while pregnant is just plain dumb- esp these days when most women are aware of the health risks to the baby

I agree with you Ian - I'm not a prude but I don't like seeing them showing everything too and most of the ones doing it have much too much excess flab to look nice - they should either lose it or keep it under wraps

There was a young girl on holiday, 7 months pregnant, and we saw her in the bar every night - you couldn't smoke inside, but she kept getting up to go outside for a cigarette!

So true, they squeeze themselves into far too small jeans etc with the bellies hanging over the waistband, and they think they look great.

I personally like to see someone smartly dressed rather than all this flesh hanging out everywhere.

im in agreement with you ian. its discusting. i see it all the time around here. and they say its fashionable !!! looks sad if u ask me, and what makes it worse alot of these girls wear off white underwear (bluegh) if they are going to do that make sure u have clean draws on girls.

I have seen that too, some even very badly stained. YUK
