max has just had his first bath!!! we took him to epping forest today and he rolled in all sorts of stuff that was making our house smell bad so we took the plunge!!! he wasnt dead keen to be fair and panted a lot but stood like a good boy and didnt try and escape or anything he also didnt shake when he got out he let me rub him!!!!! he smells beautiful now and is all fluffy and cuddly!!!! i just have to clean the bathroom now!!!!

i took the camera upstairs with us and in the excitement i didnt take any pics!! i will next time if he ever forgives me!!! how often is it ok to bath them or is it only when they really need it?

well people say they should be rarely bathed but I suppose it depends on what theyve been up to

well i hope we dont need to do it that often as it was quite a hoo haa!! he is very tired now bless him! i am absoloutely shattered! we weighed him today and he is 26kg which is over 4 stone!! no wonder hubby nearly had heart faliure carrying him upstairs to the bathroom

thats the same weight as Star and she is nearly 2.
