Hair ideas?

Where do you all get ideas for haircuts? I want to have my hair cut to start of the new year but I don't like to go without a photo of what I want lol.

All the magazines I've seen just have really outrageous styles And the websites I've looked at want me to pay to join and see the pictures.
Blah.
Does anyone know a good magazine or website? Or any other ideas?

I look through hair magazines and cut out the ones I like. If you start by thinking what style you like, what would suit you and what type of hair you have, you can narrow-down the ideas and find something that's right.

I always take pictures in with me - otherwise you end up with something totally different. If you go to a really good salon and ask for someone senior, you should be able to discuss what style you could go for if you're really stuck. Good luck.

Thanks Lucy

I'm not really sure what will suit me but I don't have the guts to just let them do what they like either
I'll keep looking through magazines

Ooh that sounds lovely jackiew Bet you'll be sat there for a while though! Unfortunately I've not taken care of my hair so it's a bit of a mess That's why I'm having it cut off! otherwise I would love to go curly
Thanks for looking for the websites.

Good luck wheaten mad! I hope you find something nice too

I went to the hair dresser, told her i wanted to keep my lenghth, make it more managable and jazz it up a bit, with absolutly NO colour and i got a perfect hair cut. I was well impressed!

If you tell her what you dont want and tell her what u might like than she will wont need a pic. You just got to find a good hair dresser you can trust (maybe try her out on the kids first )
