Quiet day in prospect, for a change

Afternoon all. Been for walk. Now watching World's End.

Afternoon, it's cold, soggy and grey.... not happy lol

We've had the sun out all day, Kelly, but by heck it's cold.

I've been looking at yesterday's photos from the Nottingham Christmas market yesterday - absolutely packed. It's been temporarily closed today, but I do hope that stops it altogether. Then there are the crowd scenes outside Harrods - crazy. The World has gone totally nuts

Been up to son's house to put the heating on to stop the pipes freezing and bring home some china/glass from the kitchen cupboards. Still no offer but plenty of people have looked round and left their presence as well with muddy footprints on the lounge laminate and mud on the carpet on the stairs and bedroom Ben will be e-mailing the agent to suggest they wipe their feet properly or take their shoes off. We had shampood the carpet before we put it on the market so not pleased.

Wet first thing then brightened up but cold. Have got out my winter dog walking coat

Viewings have virtually stopped here, Sue. Not just on our flat, but the bungalow next door hasn't had a single one yet and it's been up for three weeks now.

The agent says it usually picks up again in January. I sure hope so

My friends house went up about a month ago, she's had an offer this week, house is up for 160k he offered 148k, she said £150,000 don't know what he will say to that.
I saw the photos of London,here has been bad too...Primark particularly...I waited for people to go to the school's to pick their children up, no queue to get in at that time

Well you sold once Chris you will again. Do you think the bungalow will sell at the price they have it on at or have they over priced?
