Back from Brazil

Yes got back and is it cold or what? over there it was between 35c to 40c every day, too hot to do much.
We did go on a local "tourist" train ride stopping at stations which were used for the coffee plantations







the trains are something else, really old the carriage for example





It took 2 steam engines and a diesel to pull the train

where we stayed was in D-in-Laws bungalow in a gated community, so quite and peaceful apart from the parrots screetching. We had a Toucan land in a tree there as well as these running about by the swimming pool.

Wow what an interesting holiday. However long was that train?
Would like the birds but I would not like that lizard thing running around!

He likes the trains doesn't he. Seriously, glad you had such a great holiday, and i'm jealous, who wouldn't be. Its still warm here compared to what it should be, not 35 degrees, but loads warmer than normal this time of year, so think yourselves lucky
