promoting websites
hello allwhat is the best way to promoting your websites?
my site ticks over nicley but i have just changed my frount page as i want to add the cat's but as a diffrent part i have done this now http://hometown.aol.co.uk/sibford3917/index.html (the cat part it not up and running yet) so i now need to get my new frount page out there and i cant remember how i did it last time so any help and i dont really want to pay much if any at all
