I must be mental!!!

The things you do for your dogs

Just had a shower of the biggest hail stones and where am I during this??

Running around the garden like a nutter playing with Lily so she thinks they're a good thing

Off for a towel and some paracetamol for my battered head now

Hope you recover quickly. No you're not mental (well maybe just a little bit). Am sure I'd do the same for my dogs too.

I know from my experience of a similar situation (involving my Son, myself and my mother dancing around the living room to Oliver Twist with the lights on and the curtains wide open so everyone could see us ) that anyone who caught sight of you may have thought you were completely off your trolley!

Good fun though isn't it.

I'm not sure I'd go that far but . . . . Yeah made me laugh

I only did it as Poppy hates it and used to bolt off back home/to the car etc etc and it took me ages to get her not too, we reached a compromise that if she doesn't run I'll pick her up and hide her in my coat I really don't want to be in the position with Lily, my coats just not big enough

LOL kinda sounds like the time I ran over and hugged the new hoover as Alfie wouldn't go anywhere near it to start with and kept growling at it

i also got caught in a hail stone blitz from above, only instead of playing with the dogs i was running up hill with them back to the house. - Mowch. Hail stones can hurt! By the time we got in, the dogs were caked in ice balls, and i was soaked through.

Well done you! -- I wonder if it was the same hail storm? Perhaps it moved this way
