Cut on leg

Tibetan Terrior came in from outside with 2 sm cuts on top of paw and ankle (bend). About 1" apart and not yet bleeding much. Soaked in warm salt water and took to vet next day. Vet didn't see anything just said watch it. She began to limp and we changed dressings daily. Upper wound oozed. Back to vet on day 7. Got oral antibiotics. Told us to watch, cone around neck so wouldn't lick and expose it to air. Got cone, still oozing and bleeding steadily when bears weight. We wrap it with neosporin at times and still hasn't scabbed (would breaks open with weight bearing). Please advise. Off to vet tomorrow but still haven't fixed problem. Day 12.

the wound should weep.scabing will come,im sure the dog will be fine as long as there is antibiotics and kept clean..one of my dogs is on the mend as we speek,his woundes weeped for 5 days before scabing..good luck

wow...sorry... day 12 ?...try a different vet...may have needed a stitch?
