Leandro 8 week old Yorkshire terrier

09-02-12 Leandro is a handsome 8 week old Yorkshire terrier puppy who has come to us to find his forever home. He has come from a breeder who was unable to sell him. He is tiny at the moment and loves to cuddle up with another dog so a home with another small and friendly dog would be lovely for him. We would not want to home him with small children and he is so tiny. As with all our puppies he will need to be castrated by 6 months and to attend puppy training classes to ensure he is properly socialised.

10-02-11 UPDATE
This pup has a huge heart in a tiny body. He came into my home, tail wagging and head held high. He carefully inspected every room and then introduced himself to my dogs. He is calm, friendly and out-going. He adores people and is respectful towards other dogs. House-training etc is, obviously, all new to him and he just hates going out in the rain, so we are using puppy pads instead. He came to the beach with us yesterday, snuggly swaddled in my scarf, and was not fazed by the sights and sounds of the outside world. Leandro loves his cuddles but, being so small and fragile, he needs careful handling. Like all our pups, he needs a home where someone is around most of the time. So, if you want a tiny bundle of fun and are prepared to put in the time and effort, Leandro would make a perfect addition to your family.
