Gemmas poorly footsie

Took Gemma in for her op yesterday at 9 and collected her at 5. She's had her little pad stitched and glued back together and had a bandage on.....which didn't last very long! Let her out this morning and she came back inside without the bandage/bootie thing. Looked outside and it was stood up in the middle of the lawn She hadn't even chewed it, so I have no idea how it came off




So anyway, iv had to bandage it up again myself in the hope that it won't get infected, she's got a follow up appointment tomorrow anyway.

Aw Gemma is gorgeous!! I'm glad the op went OK and hopefully her boot coming off hasn't compromised her recovery. Get well quickly you beautiful girl

Those bandages are so difficult aren't they; if they are put on too tightly it is too uncomfortable, and if they are just that tiny bit too loose they just drop off.

I hope that your bandaging stays put until tomorrow.

LOL! Iv had to re-bandage it 3 times! once it fell off, once it slipped down so she was walking on it and the third time iv wrapped micropore tape around and around and around..only to find SIMBA chewing the end of her foot and sucking the bandage haha!
Oh well, it'll have to do until tomorrow :P

Aw, she is gorgeous. Hope her foot gets better quickly.
