I got some antibiotics from the walk in centre but from the symptoms you describe, might be better to visit a doctor.

I ignored my pain and was found in a pile of vomit on the floor of the toilets at work in agony............

It was not one of my life ambitions................

I was carted off to A & E on gas and air (which had NO effect whatsoever)

Sarah from the sounds of it, it might be wise for you to go to the walk in centre.
Nurse practitioners can prescribe.
Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Not good news. have to see a gp as there was blood in the urine but no signs of infection so need further investigation

Look at it this way, it could be worse.

I am so pleased you went, I was really concerned about you.
