Those pics are really old. They were on a calendar my sister had when we were in high school. I actually drew the picture and framed it for my Grandma that Christmas, as she's as into Polar Bears as my sister is. It was mentioned on a documentary I was watching on Polar Bears a couple of years before that too. So we're looking at probably 15 years or more...

However, they still make me smile when I see them This was not a tame bear, and it's been known to happen now and then.

I thought it was going to be gruesome but it was really sweet - and the bear went back and played with the dogs every night.. I'm sure Hudson Bay is where they go to find food in Summer though..
