Best hoover/vacuum for malamute/akita type dogs?

so basically any hoover thats tough enough to deal with the FUR!!!! i've had vax (no good) and my henrys giving up now, after a year....
i've not tried dyson, but just wondering what hoover owners of these sorta dogs use? we mainly have laminate all over so something that will do both would be ideal.
Thank you

My dog sheds all year round, loves being brushed, if only i could vacuum him.

Funny thing is the cat does n,t mind being hoovered

We have a henry, have had a Dyson, i prefer the Henry.

Our henry hound does pretty well with the constant blowing 2 Akitas that are resident here, best hoover we've had yet

Dyson, they now make a dog brush attachment/tool.

I would go for the Dyson Animal upright (the one with purple parts)

Someone (on the other hoover thread) posted a link to a gorgeous hoover, and I was really tempted, until I noticed it had bags, and they cost £15.00 for 3!
