No i did not know it meant that. he is a rescue so he wasnt named by me but the person who rescued him. thats interesting tho.

We only know about it when we were looking for hamster names - we had Ringo but had got a female for my Sister (kept separate) and she was B&W and she had a star on her side - now I wasn't allowed Ringo and Star - would've been cool though. But we called her Kallie because it mean't black which she was part of
