Springer Spaniel Neck Size?

Could anyone measure their Springers neck size for me?

My mother wants me to make her a collar for Harry, I have some heavy duty beta left and I want to see if I have enough left or if I need to order some more.

I don't have a springer but until someone who does cones along,I have found that most springer sized dogs I have made collars for have a neck size of approx 14"

Hard to say especially if its working, can she not measure the lead she has now.
Some of the dogs I groom are 22 some 18, and some 16.

She can't measure him now, he is in the rescue till Friday and he doesn't have a collar.

I just need a basic idea of size.

Think I may have been way off then
Can you make it adjustable say from 14 to 18"?
