Hi,

I agree - the times seems to have sped by (even though I've not had a great time of it since 2006).

I can remember exactly what I was doing that morning. My left leg was in a full cricket splint after yet another major surgery and I had my first physio appointment.

My Dad came over to pick me up as obviously I couldn't drive msyelf to the hospital and it came on the news just as we were about to leave.

We got back from my physio appointment to hear more news reports of the bombs going off in London and to find that our garden shed had been broken into and my bike stolen.

So that was a crap day for me - although I feel for those who lost friends and relatives that day. Nothing that happened to me could have been anywhere near as bad as that.
