Anyone howl at their dog??

The other day Ben saw something and gave a howl - its something he dosent do very often
Mia was a long way away but she dropped everything and came a running

So

I thought i would give it a go

when noone was about)

Head back, hands cupped to mouth a big full wearewolfs in London hoooowwwllll

Oh it felt good

and my two came racing over

Dunno if I gave a good howl or they were coming to see what the new noise ment but they got a big lot of treats and a game so hopefully it can be a special recal when there is nowhere about)

Anyone else tried howling at their dogs

- I just remembered my friend uses a big loud 'WUFFFF' to recal his dog - but he does it in a busy park - no shame

Haha that sounds like fun, I might try that next time we're out!

Molly does this really funny thing where she makes little quiet 'woof woof woof' noises when she walks around the house so sometimes we have little conversations in 'woof's, usually when I'm making her breakfast When I had my cat I'd be able to have really long conversations of meows. She'd sing along to songs with me too

Yep. Woody comes and sings to me sometimes so we have a little howl together and put the world to rights.

I do, my dogs just look at my like I am mad

I have woofing conversations with my collie though, she is very vocal and you can almost pick words out, she says 'out' when she wants out and 'chewstick' when she wants a chewstick.
