Hi Anne,

It was eventful. Went up to near cockermouth, Cumbria on Friday morning, lovely weather all day, very relaxing. But at 5am Saturday morning it was raining and Saffy n Max decided it was time to get up, so there I was walking two dogs down country lanes. At 10am we decided as it was raining to move to Silverdale back in Lancashire as it wasnt raining there, so we had to pack up the caravan and the awning and got to Silverdale by 12.30 and then had to unpack. Had a great time there cuz that site has a pool, a bar and a restaurant, very posh. Dogs went for a run on the beach and had a whale of a time, but the two sons we took complained all day that they were bored because we didnt take the TV. (Kids today!!!). Saffy spent much of the time trying to sit on everyone in the caravan and in the awning, Max spent his time trying to escape the awning. We did attach him to a chain so he couldnt go anywhere far but he whined (hes not used to being contained). OH has vowed never to take Max again because he caused so much stress.

So apart from the kids moaning all weekend and the dogs playing up you had a great time

No Mini LOL. Im as clean as a whistle! Silverdale is near Carnforth, its a little village with a rocky beach, nice walks for dogs etc. Although I bow to your intelligence Mini your thinking about Silverdale Colliery near Leek, Staffordshire and I was in Silverdale, Lancashire.
