runaway dog!!

i went to thegame fair yesterday with my two dogs and thought id enter the youngest one (cookie) in to a fun dog race. i let her go and she bolted !

she jumped the gate and ran that fast i couldnt see where she went , there was hundreds of people everywhere so i ran and headed for the woods where there was no people but i couldnt see and started to really panicking thinking about the lost beagle there is and i looked and there was a little white thing under the bushes lucklily a woman was trying to coax her out with a pie when i got there, bless her when she seen me she was crying i felt awful taking her into the race she must of got scared by the little fake rat thing that whizzes up and down!

im so glad i managed to find her but im never putting her into a dog race again!

Nothing like a heart starter. So glad you found her and someone was trying to help. Scratch has runaway a few times when he was younger. I would be running frantically crying, luckily he has always been found the terror.
