Just seen the Forecast still no Rain and its Getting Hotter

Just seen the forecast. Still no rain for us forecast and everywhere is so dry my lawn looks like hay and the ground like rock.
26 degrees here today and over the weekend into next week it could hit 30degrees.
I'm finding it difficult to cope now in this heat. I used to love the heat but it really affects me now and I hate not being able to sleep at night its so hot.

When I was in South Africa it was their winter but the temperature was 27, however it was dry heat and didn't affect me much however, this is so hot and humid it's knocking me for six!
I'm going to be making sure all the dogs are properly groomed over the weekend so they don't suffer with the heat, although they have thus far not been affected anything like I have!!

It's rained in this bit of Essex this morning, everything was wet when I got up and it was drizzling but it's still very sticky.

Well its pouring here in South Wales still warm though. Last night I sat for hours in the garden watching the fork lightning and listening to the thunder, my o/h thought I was crazy but I just love it. Even Barney loved it he was sitting beside me and just looking up wondering where all the noise was coming from. He is the first dog I have owned that actually seemed to enjoy it.

Yes please its clear blue sky in my part of Essex, the sun is blazing temp already 25 degrees and me and the dogs are sweltering. Even Milo the sun worshiper has come in to try and stay cool.
