Fleas.....ahhh help!

Hi guys got a slight problem with my little Westie x. She always seems to get fleas. She is religiously frontlined every month and the house gets done at the same time however after about two weeks of the frontline treatment she seems to have them again Can anyone help me as to what i can do?? As its becoming more and more of a problem!
