Good quality dog bed

Can any one recommend a top quality dog bed (basket type)for 2 cockapoos as a xmas present.
Or do i replace the foam in 2x flat mattress types with some top quality memory foam.
Im after something that going to last them a while.

Good quality have a look at orvis but they are expensive or look at zooplus for ideas.

Do you really want to put dogs on anything with foam in it? one tear and the foam is stuck in the dogs throat. Better really to use blankets say with a dog pattern on it.

They can eat blankets to and carpet so it is just a case of finding something that the dog won't chew. So Good Luck with that when they are puppy destroyers and come to that some older dogs. bg!!

I use Dogdoza beds http://www.dogdoza.co.uk/ they come in a variety of styles and certainly seem to be well made and hard wearing. My staffie likes to dig his bed and there's not a mark on it. We have the active waterproof one, cover is thick canvas but comes with fleece covers if preferred, we just chuck a fleece on top and it's easy to chuck the fleece in the was every week.

Thankyou,
Just been going through the Dogdoza site, like you say those beds look really well made.
I just want a really top quality well made bed ,not the stuff from pets at home.
will spend the weekend going through the site properly

Our toughest is from Waggs and we have a large size that comfortably takes 3 whippet/terrier sized dogs!

Expensive, but worth it.

My cockapoo and golden retriever sleep on vetbed. I've used it for most of my dogs over the years. Not cheap, but it lasts and lasts, dogs don't tend to chew it and it's hygienic - washes on hot and dries fast.
Edited to add:
It can fit easily inside a hard plastic bed if you want sides.

Ours has a metal frame with a nylon or similar wire mesh slung between the sides of the frame. It's about 4 inches off the floor so he gets ventilation.

He seems to like it just fine.
