Been dieting for 2 weeks with daily cardio and every other day weights regime.

So far lost half a stone. Down to 19.5 stones now.

Using a heart rate monitor as my primary form of exercise regime to ensure consistent aerobic training for maximum fat burning.

31 years old, 6'3, raised BP & cholesterol as motivating factors for diet.

Bit About Me:
Age: 28
Weight: 13st 7lbs
Height: 5ft 4ins
Size: 18
Target Weights/Sizes: Would like to get to 12st, or a size 14

Have been dieting on and off for over 12 years (yes, very sad) and had a few hairy experiences with eating disorders as well.

I eat pretty healthy food, I just eat too much of it!! I have extremely high BP (nurse says I should be passing out, having migraines and chest pain, but I don't) and the Medicals think that my weight has something to do with it. I'm not so sure, but loosing some weight can't be a bad thing!

I've had an ED since I was about 14, I won't post about my eating habits as I don't want to really go there but can I still join? I am actually overweight now as I have been in 'recovery', hard to explain and a very long long story, but trying now to loose the excess I put on in a more sensible fashion, i.e. restricting rather than fasting.

I'm a short ****, would rather just put what I have lost each week than my weight, it's just me but i'm paranoid. When I get closer to what I want to be i'll put it on.

I keep a food diary of what I weigh each day (but then i'm obsessive and weigh myself about 5 times a day on a good day) and what I have eaten so if I pig out I know I have to confront myself and write it in my diary. My method is basically just calorie counting and not going above a certain amount of calories a day.

The end.
