Liver Cake?

I just spotted a recipe for liver cake and thought I might substitute the liver for the economy mince that I have that my lad Sam won't eat, I notice it has a lot of garlic in it, do you find your fussy eaters like the cake or does the garlic put them off it?

oo no, they love the garlic! (but apparently they shouldn't eat too much) That's one of the best bits, mine also love my home made garlic dog biscuits! I also put parmesan cheese in my liver cake The garlic is good for keeping the flies away too in this hot weather

I just tried him with a little bit of pureed garlic on my finger and he didn't seem too keen on it till Cooper showed and interest then he had some, I still don't think he is overly keen though

If it looks like people food he should be more inclined to eat it.

ah bless him, tbh when the garlic is mixed in with the liver/sardine/mince cake I think it just serves to make the cake smell stronger generally rather than of actual garlic - open your windows NOW! Heehee
