What is the light the shadow is in front of? Is it from a window or an open doorway?

Because it could be a shadow of something from there...

Well first of all - never mind the 'human shape' what is the rectangular lighter coloured thing it is appearing on? If that is a reflection from somewhere else - window, mirror or whatever - it's not something 'in the cage' it's something 'over there'

Cue the Twilight Zone theme tune .....
