Finally back online....

It was with great horror yesterday morning that I realised that our provider had switched us off and SKY had not yet switched us on........

I have spent most of yesterday afternoon and this afternoon speaking to various technical teams, unplugging phones, trying differnet phone sockets etc to finally get the Internet working.I have been up and down the stairs 2 flights so many times that my knees can be heard creaking in Timbuctoo.

It seems it could all have been avoided had my OH told me to unplug the old router........

I can now rest easy knowing that I am in full and faster connection with all of you onve more......

I'm glad your back on line again.

I'm just sitting in my van at the moment using my laptop as there has been an accident about 4 miles ahead and I can't go anywhere so as you can see I got bored so came onto dogsey to pass the time away.

Thank god for the wireless internet that's all I can say.

Yes, before I had my brain wave they had escalated my problem to another level and would get to me within 48 hours.......I was starting to twitch.I suppose I ought to ring them and let them know all is sorted.
