he was gorgeous but I thought it was the girl that owned it in the film - was it a DDB or something else though cant remember?

Yes she did!! Sorry about that xxxx I saw the end on Wed night (having not seen it for years) and the BF had the dog, I assummed it was his, last night it was repeated and I saw the beginning! I realised yes, it is her dog xxxx Lovely dog and I have to say looked a real softie xxxxxxx
