Impressed with Tesco
Put in a claim for the leg wound Nancy had when she escaped (looks like she lost a fight with some barbed wire or something) - required stitches, anasthetic, umpteen redressings and what-not.Got a text on the Monday that they'd recieved my claim form through when the vets finally did the paperwork - had the cheque in the post Tuesday morning!

ps. the first text panicked me. i rang and asked what was wrong!
