Has anyone ever heard of this condition and can anyone tell me more about it??

I haven`t no but a friend did a few yrs ago & think vet gave flagyll??? they were pups. I`d do some reading if it was me & consider all the options/alternatives taking into consideration the severity of it & age of dogs/pups
