Weight Issues...Thinking about changing food but to what?

Hi all,

Dizney has a bit of a weight issue. He isn't horribily obese but he is overweight. His weight goes up and down like a yo-yo and its difficult to work out why. The vet says he is perfectly fine health wise and just keeps suggesting cutting his meals down.

Currently Dizney is being fed 380grams of Beta Lamb and rice a day (food breeder recommended). He is fed twice a day (190g at a time) and is walked 2-3 times a day (A days exercise always consists on 2hrs min).

What food would be better for him? Lottie has reccomended CSJ do you have opinions? Is there anything else i can do to aid his weight loss?

It might also be helpful for you to know Dizney is allergic to all things feather related (chicken, duck etc)

What about one of the Burns - Venison or Fish. They are low in protein and a lot of dogs lose weight on it.

I was going to suggest Burns too. They have a new pork and potato version available, so you're bound to find something that suits. Good luck Dizney
