Morning Moyra hope you are feeling better today. Not so cold here but haven't been out yet. Running later than usual. Hope all who follow are ok. Wolf prog ok but he did drive me mad. What would he have done if one had attacked him. Poor wolf would have paid the price. Oh well out to take mine for a walk now. ttfn.

Cold here as well Gordon, quite a frost, which is great as virtually no cleaning up to do, move a couple of pops and wet patches, job done, break ice on water buckets on the way in. Have left heat lamps on till we go out which if I get my act together will be in about half an hour or so'ish Enjoy your breakfast. Would be quite happy for the rain to give us a miss and head elsewhere

Pleased to see you had a better night Moyra.

Yes I did manage to read you post Gordon have a good day with no meeting of morons on the moors

Good morning Brenda and Nippy.

Enjoy your walk June.

Up early again today. Panatone (sp) in bread maker, Teazle walked, frosty again, home and quick coffee and then prepared cottage pie for lunch, dusting and hoovering done plus during washing in tumble dryer. Now having another coffee and hanging around until I pick my sister up from station.

Hope everyone wis well, stay safe and warm

Go for it Eileen - there's nothing like a girl getting her roots touched up to put her in the party mood. Hope you and your ensemble have a lovely evening, then as you say, it will be back to "Chez Duffy" for a few snifters. Sure it will be quite a new experience for your girl's bf, bet he's never seen you do that table dancing trick of yours! Just can't believe that you're not allowed near wires! Phew! - That's a relief. Don't doubt that that's how you got your magnificent hair-do in the first place! Enjoy! Bye fer now.

Thanks Sue - You have inadvertently given me the title for my autobiography, "Morons on the Moors!" Moyra - Do hope you managed to see my post by way of apology for the late start to D.A.D - promise I am not trying to avoid you !!!LOL! Glad you had a bit better night of it. Once you start feeling a bit better, you should try the following, which years ago, I always found would loosen up a tight chest and soothe a sore throat. Mix 2 parts Buttercup Syrup with 1 part Whisky (or Brandy if you prefer) serve over a large piece of ice, you may add a swig of Drambuie if you wish just to enhance the effect. One or two of these before retiring has an anaesthetic effect on the throat and loosens the chest up while you are asleep. Don't drink at all nowadays (not even for medicinal reasons) but do rather miss this "Cure".
