Siesta

Anyone buy into this philosophy?

For some reason I woke up quite early thins morning and could not get back to sleep.

So got up and did everything I needed to....however - after lunch at about 1.30 (I have quite a big lunch as I do not eat dinners on Thursday) I was really sleepy.

I have new classes tonight between 5-9pm so it will be a nice long night and I decided to have a quick nap.

Does anyone else try this sometimes - or am I just a lazy so and so!

I love the idea of a siesta and want to move abroad just to have one!!!

When i was pregnant i HAD to have a snooze in the afternoon. i cant now as i dont have time and dont really need it!

But the idea of a siesta and then staying up later is a good one in my eyes!

It happens very rarely - but I love an afternoon snooze on a weekend. Trouble is - everyone always wakes me up to ask me/tell me things or I get a wet nose in my face.
