About me
I am 24-years-old, a PhD candidate in the department of Sociology at Univerity of Wisconsin-Madison. I grew up in NYC and South Florida with a family that loves dogs (my parents currently have three and my brother has one). At 17, I moved to Madison to go to college. I love this city! Unfortunately, it's not the most dog-friendly town. Anyway, I live with my boyfriend, Dougal, whom I adore, and we are looking into getting a small companion pup in May (as the semester ends). I love teaching (I'm a TA), knitting, getting tattooed, music (indie rock, classic rock, alt-country and folk, mostly), reading and writing (esp. short fiction) and spending time with the people I love -- there are many!
