About me
I`m Kate , I live in a small Cornish village with husband Paul , Labrador Tess who is almost 10 , JRT Lily who is 6 and Thomas, my 8 month old kitten . I work as a volunteer for the Blue Cross on the pet Bereavement Support Service help line which keeps me busy . I have 14 grandchildren who also keep me on my toes ! My husband is disabled so all the dog walking and gardening is down to me but I dont mind, it keeps me fit ! I am a Diabetic and find that keeping really active helps my illness tremendously . My JRT Lily suffered brain damage from a freak accident which caused a head injury, she has seziures stemming from the brain damage and so she has drugs every day to keep them in check , she still has the odd seizure and of course, we dont know if her brain damage will progress, but we enjoy each day with her .
