June, OMG! I hope you are ok now it must be really scarey to be in that position. I too would have kicked out even if it meant me falling over. To be honest I would have hit it with my crutches.

My foot is coming along. I keep applying E45 on the cracked heel but the swelling seems to be nearly gone.

Great stuff your foot is nearly back to normal, you've been through a dreadful time and its taken so long for you to get right, but thank goodness its almost there now.
