I think Flower has a cold?

About 10 days ago, I noticed that Willow my westie was sneezzing an awful lot, and snorting. She struggled on walks, and at first i thought she maybe had a seed or something up her nose..but now she has stopped...and Flower is doing the same.... She seems really snotty, when she tries to snort its a loud snotty sound, and she keeps sneezing..could she have caught a cold from Willow?

If so, does she just need rest and TLC? Willows seemed to last about a week, and she is right as rain now!
Poor little lady...
