My friend's been over today to take some photos of me and the spots. Mainly for use on the website/training handouts but also just having a bit of larf!

She loves taking photos and has a better camera and I can't take photos of myself so it works out well for both of us.

Here are just a few that I really liked!

Thanks hun I'm very proud of her even though she does seem to be getting worse rather than better at the moment!!

Eddy seems very fit lately! Sometimes you just wouldn't believe he was 13.5 years old and suffered arthritis and senility!!
