Closing dates for entries..

I have only just this minute found a show that is on Monday that is only about 30mins if that from us. The entries closed 31st Mar.

Do you think it would be worth a phonecall and see if we could sneak in?

I guess the catalogues will have all been done though..

Just thought Id check

SCRATCH THAT! Found a Companion show thats local to get him into the swing of things!!!

31st of March is a month ago! They are sometimes lenient by a few days but I doubt a whole month as the catalogues will have probably been done by now i'd imagine.

Well you can sometimes sneak in up to a week after although some societies are very strict (not many) it is against the KC rules but if the printer is still accepting entry forms they will often squeeze you in, to be honest they can't afford not to, running open shows is getting more and more difficult and expensive.

Thanks for the link!

Ive just printed off an entry form for the Dobe show at Chesterfield on the 8th June.

In for a penny!

Options for him are Yearling or Novice, which one would you advise? I shall give the obedience a try too

If it is an open show chances are there will be less in novice cos they will be going for JW points and you might be in with a better shout of a placing. If a champshow go into yearling cos you can qualify.
