Thanks to everyone for their patience, I spent some time reading breed standards and then the decisions themselves were very hard. Thanks also to ZB for doing a wonderful job of collating and to Patch for gently leading me by the hand around the technical difficulties tent......
Anyway without futher ado here are the presentations.
In first place was a dog whose head and face stood out as soon as I saw the photo. It was alert, lively and very cheeky.I kept driving along thinking about the entries and this is the one that kept springing to the front. Well done.
In second place was a lovely balanced dog. It`s stance and proportions stood out everytime I looked at it. The square silhouette and the overall form was lovely to see.
What a cracking dog.
Third place was given to a dog who seemed very strong and balanced. The level of concentration seen in the picture gave me a hint of great attentiveness and alertness. I just wish photos could move .....I would love to see this dog in action.
Fourth place went to a dog whose colouring and carriage appealled to me greatly. It had a lovely pointed face with beautiful small dark eyes. They certainly caught my attention.
Fifth place was awarded to a delightful little character. The square body and the shape of the head were beautifully balanced and the face showed alot of character.
Sixth place was awarded to a real little glamorous cutie.I was drawn to the confident stance with a very alert little face.Well done.
Judges are allowed their specials so here is mine. This young dog really tempted me. His character seemed to ooze from the photo.I can`t wait to see more of him in this show.
