Hydrotherapy

This evening I went for my first swim in a hydrotherapy pool. A wonderful way to relax and unwind, with a constant temperature of 95 F.

For the first time in months I was able to move my arm (shoulder problem) and swim!!

It is a private pool, and you get an hour and there are a max of 7 people at one time, so no worries of being knocked or bumped into

I really do feel the benefits this evening, and will make it a regular activity

I found it on the internet the other evening, and so happy I did.

Surprising how quickly the hour went, and a nice group of people in there too

So pleased.I still have problems with my frozen shoulder nearly 20 years later. mostly as I "protect" it and don`t use the normal range of movements. i really hope it helps.
