hi hun sorry to hear this i would say lots of rest, food should be fine, if still lmping in the morning maybe speak to your vet just to be safe. How old is your dog hun, what was he doing before he started to limp, did he fall, turn funny while walking/runing. more info would be good.

Rest up....but be prepared that they still might be a little stiff tomorrow. Had this with Skye when she was younger...but all ok after rest.

he is 8 months old ish,
he was just charging around on 2 legs mostly handbrake turnsa rounding us up this is only the 2nd time we have let him off the led i think he was enjoying his freedom

No that's fine I would say as he doesn't get off so much he has just gone buckmad, just rest him and if he goes ok let him off more often, but if he goe's mad give him a couple of minutes then put him back on. so not to do the same again and he has still been off his lead.

I will be letting him off more now I know he isnt going to do a runner i was more scared because he was originally a stray
