Following on from Kanikula, Boredom remedies - whats yours ?

Following on from Kanikula excellent thread, I thought back to something I posted on the Wiccaweys forum a while back after a major storm, and I thought what an opportune time for it to have another outing

Hope you enjoy seeing what `boredom madness` does to me

--------------------------------------

My Sky box bew in the storm yesterday.
No telly means me being bored bored bored.
That means using imagination to find something to do, sooooo.....

In the auction raining funds for a Wiccaweys vehicle, I bid on a resin tortoise.
I got the tortoise.
I teach agility.
Can you see where this is leading...

If you havent sussed it, the evidence is below...

Posing on the dogwalk

a treat was needed for forward motion as the down slope must have looked a bit steep

Steady does it

and a lovely contact

flying off the end of the seesaw is not ideal but I managed to catch torty safely

next go was better

and a safe contact, phew

Aframe is steep for a torty but not insurmountable

but the descent needs speeding up with encouragement

or just wake me when torty is nearly done

but a perfect two on two off was worth the wait after all

It was very tiring for torty so its resting now. I look forward to its next training session when it comes out of hibernation in a few months...

My next activity will be to evade the men in white coats who will no doubt be sent to make me better :smt101

Unless the Sky engineer hurries up that is

No resin tortoises were harmed during the making of this piece

--------------------------------------

So there you have it, I am officially bonkers :smt101 :smt105

Come on peeps, what do you do when bored ?
[ and do keep it clean, the innocent may be reading ]

Have a read of Dogsey posts to see how bonkers you all are
Annoy my doglets, which is really getting revenge for all the times they annoy me
Play hide and seek all by myself, funny how I always manage to win

Great pics Patch, you must be a geneius to get a tortoise to do agility
