PMT Munchies!

Does anyone else eat like a HORSE the week before their period, or is it just me?

I feel hungry constantly the a few days before (and normally don't realise why until a few days later!!).

Had my tea.. then popped down later and ended up eating toast and marmite, krisp rolls and houmous and half a pickled onion

Resisted the crisps and cadburys flake yogs (Mmmmmm), as I am TRYING to stick to my diet!! How good of me

nope im the same a week before my period im like a pig with a full troth eating all the time also peeing more but as soon as i come on i stop eating

Me too.
I don't normally eat anything sweet, but for the past week all i've eaten is chocolate bars!

ooh dont mention chocolate bars to me ive had to hide mine

hehe, dont have periods anymore so dont have an excuse to eat choccy, still pig out on it tho, cadburys cream eggs, or better still foxy,sean bean covered in cadburys cream eggs

We don't actually have any in the house.
But where I work at the hospital, the newsagents is right across from my department, so at break time I go and buy chocolate, to dip in my tea
I can't stop myself!

lol you're not alone in this! Im exactly the same - sometimes feels like i cant eat enough! But its not just sweet stuff its just stuff i like. Sometimes i will just want to eat loads of nice bangers and mash?! Or sometimes i will have cravings for jacobs crackers and butter??? lol i always love chocolate though! My after 8 easter eggs was sooooooooooooooo lush!!!!!

well.. I am certainly wanting one of those flake things today!!

ARRGH! Must resist!!!
