Stressful day :(

Has anyone got any good news to cheer me up ?

Had a very stressful day today- Gus in at the vets this morning for X rays and later on I had to finish emptying out my nans house- It was horrible and I couldnt take everything so there is still loads there

although i suppose I should be grateful as Gus's Xrays showed nothing and We found some cracking photos from nans of by gone relatives and pics of nan in her heyday - more precious than anything she has in her house

We got a new puppy at ridgeway

I'll tell you about my day. Wed day off.
Got up early to have walk Sal approx 3 mile got back to have brekky started to do boiled eggs and toast - No bread trekked to the shop brought bread. Sadly had left eggs on so Hard boiled eggs
Decided to give breakfast a miss .

Door bell rang got held captive by Jehaova's witnesses for about 40 minutes.
Finally escaped and decided to take Sal a nice walk in the park, got ready off we went in the car pulled off off we set got about 1/2 mile away and it started to rain - not take that back pelt down is the right expression. Made way drenched back to car. Had forgot to bring two towels so Sal was dried I had to squealch my way back in the car. Got home dried out put soup on chicken as it happens. Phone went soup burnt.
Decided to give lunch a miss .

Went to pick niece up from school for lunch as the canteens are being redone today stood in rain for 15 minutes -sister rang niece come home early due to feeling poorly. Went home walking on water in own boots
Dried out attempted to dry hair hairdryer broke, finally found old one and dried hair.
Took Sal and Tess a walk (something I rarely attempt) Got back after a succesful walk. Decided to have toast put toast under grill. Door went a man delivering parcel for next door I took it from him turned round and smoke alarm went off. Toast burnt, put more toast under and opened back door wider to let smoke out. Dogs came in with my lavender bush Finaly wrestled lavender bush from two Staffords came back in to more smoke toast burnt again.
Decided to give afternoon snack a miss .

Took Sal for a lovely walk to the park then Tess a nice walk over shops. Came back put turkey roast in oven for dinner then cooked veggies. SUCCESS I have now eaten.
So hope this has cheered you up. Cause I'm really cheered up now
