My dog ate chocolate, help!

Jack stole 100g chocolate and ate it all should i be worried? any sugestions what to do?

I would phone the vet and ask for advice. They should have an emergency numbers. i wouldn't want to give any advice that is wrong!

Hi JacekPacek too late after the event to offer any help i'm afraid...
I hope Jack is ok,I have known of many dogs who have eaten large amounts of chocolate with no ill effect..

I was always told if your dog eats chocolate, try and make him sick (I was told this by vets)

Many dogs tloerate chocolate well....I would just keep a close eye on him and if he starts acting strangely phone the evt.
Sure he'll be fine...

thanks to all Jack was fine(thx god) i heard that even 100g could kill chiuaua.... som i was cocncerned. Jack is not a great eater and not keen on chocolaate so i dont know what hes tempted him to steal a chocolate from the dawer

Very pleased all is well best to eat the chocolate yourself there is never any to be found in my house, if it makes it through the door at all it is soon gone
