School trips

My daughter came home today with a letter telling us about a school trip.

The only thing is the trip is to our local Tesco Store

What is the best/worst place you/your children have ever been on a school trip

They once had a walk around the village took them a good Ooooooooh 5 minutes
The best is a place in Wales Min y don -its an adventure action camp

My kids have done the local supermarket thing too and the health centre too.

the best trip so far has been Edinburgh Zoo, I think the adults enjoyed it more than the kids.

Yep, same here, our youngest brought a note home saying they were going for a walk to the local shops, all of 2 minutes from school, you should have seen all the forms we had to fill out, medical etc............pure madness as they already have all the details on computer at school!

The worst I've been onn is a cosmetic parlor. I hated it, Second worst was to the tractor repair garage in the next village down. Its awful riding home from that town, uphill all the way. And I've also been on school trip to that town twice more, once to the local art gallery, the next to an Iron working shop. Mum says its pointless.

Oh yea, we've done that one too. Took us about an hour though, cause we walked around the countryside too.

my 2 have both gone to the local post office to post a letter home. we had forms to fill in and it was only about 2 mins walk.

i had to go to M&S when i was in school but the shop was in Cardiff and we got to have 1 hours to our self as well and on the way home the teachers paid for us (16) all to have a burger king

We used to be forced to go to Beamish Museum. Every year. It's rubbish now and it was rubbish then. Apart from the pit pony. I liked him
