Woohoo!

:smt026 :smt026

As some of you know I've been trying to shift some weight lately and it seems to have plateaued for about the past month, despite a fair bit of exercise, well this week it seems to have caught up in one lump !!

I've broken down the total amount of weight I want to loose in stages and and I'm now into a new one (total per stage is 5kilo) couldnt believe the scales this morning, but was very happy and still on a high, I'm still overweight, but I havent been this weight for about 5 years (have varied between 10 kilos in that time), so I'm very very happy just thought I'd share

Congratulations - dieting is something I hate, so I know how hard you've worked to get your success - very well done!
